A small city that rewards walking. Three streets hold most of it.
Providence packs tightly. Two of the home shops on this list — Craftland at 212 Westminster and Homestyle at 233 — sit within a block of each other downtown, and Good Dog Antiques is a short walk east on South Main. Fox Point carries the clay and the plants: Three Wheel Studio on Wickenden Street, Pothos on Ives. Hope Street does the work twice over, with Stock's kitchen shop down in Hope Village and the farmers market up at Lippitt Park on the Blackstone end. Robin Hollow's flower shop is off on its own on Kinsley Avenue, in the Valley.
One entry isn't in the city at all: O&G Studio makes furniture in Warren, about half an hour southeast.
